Paisley was born July 2016 and is a believed to be a Shepherd Mastiff mix who will grow to be a big dog!  She already weighed in at 45 pounds at four months old. But don't let her size fool you; she is definitely a "lap" dog, just ask her. Paisley is super friendly and wants to play with everyone she meets.  She always has a happy smile on her face. She will run and wrestle with the best of them, but can play by herself when the situation calls for it. She has started a little mischievous chewing, but a quick redirection and she is back chewing on the wubba instead of what she shouldn't be chewing on. She sleeps through the night most nights and crates during the day with minimal incidents. Paisley is still working on potty training during the day, but when kept to a routine she is set to succeed. Paisley currently resides with other dogs and puppies along with cats. This rambunctious girl is looking for a place to call her own.  If you're interested please fill out an application to meet Paisley.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process includes adoption application which can be completed at our website wagsmn.org. Current fees can also be accessed on our website. After reviewing your application, a meeting is scheduled between you and the pet in the foster’s home or a neutral dog friendly place. If there are any resident dogs in your home, it is required that the dogs meet at this time. After the meeting, a home visit is scheduled and, if everything goes well with the visit, the adoption is finalized. A home visit by one of our representatives is required prior to finalizing any adoption, and we must meet all members of the household where the pet will be living sometime during the adoption process. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason Adoption fee includes: vet exam(s), spay/neuter, de-worming, heartworm test (if 6 months of age or older), vaccinations, microchip, and FIV/FeLv testing (for cats only). Email is the best way to get a fast response (wagswhiskersmn@gmail.com).
