Meet Marcie - an outstanding girl who was rescued from a shelter very pregnant.  A loving mom, her puppies are now being adopted and it's her turn to become somebody's baby.  Marcie was in the care of one of TLC's most experienced foster moms and here is what she had to say about this lovebug:

'Marcie is one of the sweetest and most loving dogs I have ever fostered. She loves attention and wants to please. Smart and highly trainable, she knows basic commands like stay, sit, come, and no. She also sits pretty for treats. Marcie is not a barker, but will alert when someone is at your door - the best of both worlds! Marcie gets along with other dogs. She loves children and will jump up and down in place, like a kangaroo when she's excited.  She feels so much love for children, so she has a hard time holding back her emotion! It's quite hilarious to watch her run around the house when she's feeling frisky. This girl brings joy to everyone she meets. She is pure love. She would be a wonderful addition to just about any home.'

Marcie is all ready to be adopted.  If you are interested in making her part of your family, please fill out an online application as your first step.  This is one incredible girl with a rich back story who has a lot of love to dedicate to a lucky family.

About Tiny Loving Canines (TLC)

About Our Rescue Group...

Tiny Loving Canines operates Ventura County's first and only full-time Rescue Center, open to the public 7 days/week in Simi Valley, CA.

We have the vision of a No-Kill generation, and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home the abandoned and neglected animals in our community. Our rescue acts as a needs-based safety net, allowing dogs maximum exposure for adoption at the county shelters, and saving their lives when they run out of time. We will do whatever it takes, within our means, to save a dogs life (unless it is illegal or immoral). TLC is proud to partner with Ventura County Animal Services in the march toward No-Kill in Ventura County!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our Rescue Shop is located at 1736 Erringer on the 2nd Floor in Simi Valley, CA. We are open 7 days/week to showcase the dogs in our care. You can come visit our dogs and puppies Monday-Saturday from 12-7pm, and Sunday from 12-5pm.

Our Adoption Process...

Every dog and puppy that is adopted from TLC is spayed/neutered, brought up-to-date on vaccinations, and is microchipped. Adoptions also include a complementary wellness exam at Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital and a coupon book to use at Theresa's.

If you are interested in adopting one of our furbabies, the very first step is to complete an adoption application; this can be done either in person at our Rescue Center or online from the dog's profile. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
