I'm Tyco. I am a sweet little guy who has really grown attached to my foster sister Susie (aka: Ahnna). We are so excited to be looking for a forever home together! My foster sister, Susie has had a rough past, and since joining her in our foster home, she has really come out of her shell. I am so glad I can be there to help her. We have bonded and must be adopted together. So some lucky home is going to get 2 sweet things for the price of 1?! Both of us can be door dashers, and especially Susie, can be 'spooked' easily. Neither of us is good with cats, so we need a cat-free home.
Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!
Note: Our combined Adoption fee to adopt both for us as a bonded pair is only $200 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!
Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
Our adoption process is:
1. Fill out our Adoption Application online.
2. We'll contact you to schedule a home visit.
3. If the pet looks like a great match, fill out our Adoption Agreement online (or Foster-to-Adopt Agreement), pay the Adoption Fee, and arrange to pick up your new furry family member!

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
