Sissy was left in our kennels with a note saying that her owner cannot care for her anymore. We are in need of a Cocker Spaniel rescue to help with her. She has some hair loss on her back and according to the owners has some problems with her eyes. If you could please share to all of your Cocker Spaniel rescue friends that would be a huge help. I am going to e-mail OBG Rescue also today. If any rescues can help, please call 304-267-8389.
We understand not everyone can adopt a pet. Some homes are full, some homes do not allow certain pets and some have lifestyles that can't handle a pet right now. You can still help. Sharing pictures on FB, volunteering, or just coming in and sponsoring part of the adoption fee for when the pet is adopted. This helps a lot. No amount is too small to donate towards the adoption fee. If you would like to help sponsor, stop on by check them out, and speak to one of the staff. Especially the cats and kittens need help (since we usually have so many!) Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank You!
