Koda is a German Shepard mix. She is about 18 months old female. She is chipped, sprayed and up date on vaccines. She has taken puppy obedience classes.
Great with people and kids, has been great with all big dogs she meets, but is picking fights with little dogs in both homes we have tried. Not sure about cats but I don't think it would be a good idea

She loves to run! Very active! Starting to get the hang of fetch and loved it! It's funny but she's afraid of the doorbell! Loves kong toy! Very cozy puppy. Wants to be next to someone. Has an awesome howl. She rarely does it tho! Very strong! Listens really well for treats!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kona, a Phoenix German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
