Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Don't be silly, this cutie isn't named after an ever-changing temperament. He's named for his magical eye! Moody, or Alastor Mad Eye Moody as he is properly known, was rescued from a high kill shelter with a large ulcer on his left eye but after a few months of TLC and quite a few procedures, he has healed beautifully. Even without his Wizard eye, we think he is as magical as ever! At approximately 2 years old and 20lbs, our best guess is that Moody is a Terrier/Corgi mix with a bit of herding breed thrown in. He loves to run circles (as evidenced by his muddy "pants" in the pics) with and around his canine foster siblings and also loves the sound of his name so add in a "Mooooooooody" call and this boy will come running like a football player at homecoming. While a fenced in yard certainly isn't a deal breaker, if your yard isn't zoomie proof, we are looking for an active family who enjoys walking and hiking. Add an energetic dog friend and this is the boy for you. In addition to his athletic skills, our little Torgi has also perfected the art of upside down sleeping so pet parents who are willing to share their couch is a must! Alastor is shy during initial intros but he warms up quickly and his love for life and intelligent, comical (he is always smiling), snuggly personality comes shining through. Mr. Magic is crate trained, housebroken when kept on a schedule, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped.
