Hello all, my name is Devin and I am looking for forever!! I was an owner surrender at a shelter in WV. I am a typical happy and playful puppy!! I get along with other dogs, cats, and kids! Kids are so much fun, especially when they are playing with me! Did I mention that I love to play and run? No? Well running is what I do best!! My foster mom tells me that I am doing great with this crate training thing, even though like most puppies do I have an accident occasionally. I get so excited when my foster family comes home, that I forget and pee before I get outside. It is happening less often, and my foster mom tells me that I am a good boy! She is teaching me this thing called sit, and boy is it getting easy!! I am working on the stay thing too, but it's so hard staying still when I want to play!! I do have a little food aggression in my crate when another dog comes around, but my foster mom is helping me work through that! I am getting the hang of that too! I love playing with toys and for walks too! I am already neutered and only need one more shot to complete my vetting. I am currently being fostered in West Virginia! So if you are looking for a buddy to be active with I am your pup!! Go to and fill out an application fast for me DEVIN!!!

About All Mutts Matter Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

All Mutts Matter is a new small volunteer based rescue. We are 501c3 . I had a shelter dog who was named Harley and at age of four lost him to cancer but did everything I could and bought him 21/2 years. I feel both sad and angry when I see a dog in shelter that has been displaced for due to had to move etc. I would have done just about anything to have my Harley with me still. So here at All Mutts Matter Foundation we want to help pets that have been displaced due to death, deployment, moving, babies etc to find a forever home as quickly as possible where the will be either fostered till the end or adopted to a family that will love them forever. We look to find mature and seniors to help with fostering and adoption. To us this is a win win for all involved . We also want to make a few dogs that can go to schools, hospitals nursing homes etc. We can educate on resposible pet ownership, overpopulation and the importance of spay, neuter
