Maggie and Lexi are such cute sisters.  They are just too precious for words.  In late July, their owner passed away.  Having been together for most of their lives they are as much of a bonded pair as you will ever find.  Lexi (14yrs.) and Maggie (11yrs.) are both house trained and up to date on their vaccinations.  They love to go for walks and sleep together in their doggie bed.  Maggie has a spunky personality, but in a very sweet and gentle way.  She will dance in circles when she sees a treat and will follow you around the house wherever you go.  She takes medicine like a pro each day for her thyroid but is otherwise considered to be very healthy.  Lexi is more a follower and looks to her sister for guidance.   She has some problems with her hearing but it doesn’t seem to slow her down at all.  Both girls get along great with other dogs. They depend on one another and must remain together as they have an undeniable bond that must not be broken. Both dogs are very obedient. They are sweet and just want to be loved. Whoever ends up with these dogs, will be considered lucky and will have two new best friends immediately!

About SOS Beagle Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Because so many AL Beagles are placed in shelters and are sometimes euthanized, the SOS Beagle Rescue formed an AL chapter. The Alabama chapter has 7 foster homes located throughout the state, providing temporary shelter and care for approximately 10 to 20 dogs. The chapter's primary focus is to assist in re-homing Alabama beagles.

We would love to have more fosters, if you are interested in fostering, please contact us at rescue@alsosbeagles.com
