Kilo is an extra-large sweetheart that loves his food! He came from a family home, but was surrendered to the shelter due to his size and the costs involved in caring for him. He loves to play ball, has had some basic training, and has proven to be housebroken. Kilo will need an owner that is attentive to his exercise activities, as he is a large dog, but has mild hip dysplasia with some knee swelling. This means that Kilo will need to be the one to dictate his activities, as to not inadvertently cause any further injury, as he is at an increased risk. I''m sure he would really appreciate a soft comfy bed of his own for his down time too! If you are interested in this big boy, please discuss joint health, supplements, pain management and specific diets with your veterinarian. You can meet Kilo at Toronto Animal Services North Shelter at 1300 Sheppard Ave. W.
