Cheech is a little male Toy Fox Terrier X that was dumped in a neighborhood on Halloween Night. The residence of the neighborhood fed him along with his traveling companion Chong. We were called to see if we could help capture them. When we got there, Chong was glad to get the cat food we brought, but Cheech was lying down in the street. He was dehydrated, very thin and covered with fleas. When fed some food he graciously took it came to us. After being vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and bathed, he was placed foster care until he was strong enough to go through surgery. Cheech is now a very healthy, happy little 7.5 pound 4 year old. He is a very sweet and loving dog. He will dance for you every time you greet him, because he is so happy to see you. He loves being held and will gladly sit in your lap. He gets along very well with other dogs. He is housebroken and will use a dog door. He is not a hyper little boy, but does have good energy. He would make a good dog for an older person and would be ok around children. Cheech is microchipped, vaccinations up to date, heartworm negative, and neutered. If you are interested in meeting Cheech, please submit an application from poquitapawsrescue.org website. Cheech's adoption fee is $150.
