OLYMPIC–THEMED DOG:  5 years old / 11 lbs.  Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm.  Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays.  I occasionally don’t come to adoptions so if I’m not on the lists, you can email adopt@mostlymutts.org for info.  When I arrived at Mostly Mutts, I was a big mess!  I had hair loss, skin issues and some serious trust issues with the volunteer who were trying to help me.  I just didn’t know what was going on, so I tried to bite some of them to keep them away and in fact I did bite.  Now that I’m in a foster home, I’m doing so well!  I’m very lovable, sweet and am crazy about my foster mom!  I love being petted and kissed and I like to give kisses too, just to show you how happy I am to be in a fun and safe home!  I’m still skittish regarding fast or loud movements so I don’t want a home that is too busy.  At the shelter, men were too much for me, but in my foster home I’ve met a few and may be alright with a calm and easy-going man in my new home who will give me a little extra time to know and trust him.  I’m fine with the other little dog and the kitty cat in my foster home too.  I like to go for walks to do my business outside and I walk well on a leash. When taken out regularly on a schedule, I have good potty manners, but if you forget to take me out, I’ll likely have an accident.  I’d probably be fine with a family that works part time, but don’t think I could hold it for a regular work day.  I haven’t chewed things that don’t belong to me and I like playing with tennis balls.  When playing with you I play growl and nibble on your hand in a gentle way.  My tail also wags a lot now that I’m happy in a foster home.  No kids since I have bitten in the past when afraid and unsure.  Energy level: 4 – 6.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered and my adoption fee is $275.00.

About Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are:

Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!
Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Please visit our website, www.mostlymutts.org for additional information about adopting a new best friend!
