Blondie's Story...
We received a call about Blondie and her brother, Dagwood, that were being neglected in a very rural area on the Georgia/Alabama line. The second day we had Blondie she broke with Parvo. Her case was very mild. After just one day at the Vet's office she came back to us and was thriving immediately. She's a typical playful puppy. She loves attention, she loves her toys, and she loves to eat. .Blondie is spayed, current on vaccines, is microchipped and gets monthly prevention for heartworms and fleas. She plays well with other dogs once she's been properly introduced.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blondie, a Woodstock Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Large) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Large) for sale in Woodstock, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Large) puppy from a breeder in Woodstock.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodstock already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodstock breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Large) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Large) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodstock paves the way for another one to be saved.
