Dustin's Story...
Dustin is a sweet, 12 pound dachshund-beagle mix who is approximately 3 years old. He has a lovely temperament and would make a nice addition to a loving home. Extremely playful, this little guy will be up for anything you'd like to do! He does have a preference for men, but does love anyone who will show him attention. He is still working on his potty skills and a patient adopter will have to show him the ropes! Fenced in yard would be great for him as he loves to run and play. He is being fostered in Massachusetts.

Adoption fee is $450, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, USDA transport, vaccines, health certificate and Massachusetts mandatory animal quarantine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dustin, a Holliston Dachshund/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Beagle for sale in Holliston, or seeking a Dachshund/Beagle dog from a breeder in Holliston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Holliston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Holliston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Beagle breeders who help with Dachshund/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Holliston paves the way for another one to be saved.
