Sweet Daisy Girl is believed to be an Australian Brindle Hound, about 12-15 weeks old (end of Nov 2016). She loves to play with other dogs, although she can be protective at first, loves to learn new tricks and is a fast learner. Daisy was rescued from the pound by her foster mom who usually just fosters but could not leave this sweet girl there.
Daisy is a pretty laid back puppy, she loves to be loved on. Daisy's foster mom has spent a lot of time with her especially with potty training, she is all most fully potty trained :) Daisy sleeps at the foot of the bed every night and does not get up until her foster mom wakes her up in the morning to potty.
Daisy's foster siblings are a Chihuahua, Pit bull, and a Dachshund. It took her a few days to get used to them, but know they play and love each other. Daisy is a awesome puppy she doesn’t jump and is quite calm for the most part. Daisy girl is also a really gentle puppy. You may well just fall in love :)
If you feel your home might be the right place for such a great dog - the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt. Once submitted, the foster will contact you promptly to tell you more and to arrange a time to meet!
The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.
Daisy Girl is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster, not by DFWRM.
