Buster's Story...
Approx. birthdate: February 16, 2016. Meet Buster! Buster was rescued from a high kill shelter in the south, where he was not socialized and taken care of, and was thrown away like garbage. He was transferred to the Battle Creek Humane Society but did not do well in a shelter environment, so he went into foster care. Well after several months of no luck for finding his forever home, we were asked to take him in. Buster is shy at first, but to our surprise, he warms up to people very quickly! He likes other dogs and would probably do best with another dog in the household. Due to his shyness, he would do best with children over ten years old. Sudden movements or loud noises tend to scare him, but with the right home and some training he can overcome these obstacles.
