Facts about Eli

  • Color: Unknown
  • Age: Young

  • ID#: 34072625
  • Hair: Unknown
White & gray tabby patches, short hair, male, born approx. 8/1/16, #12455

Eli was found wandering and was taken to a trap-neuter-return clinic. Since he was clearly friendly, but had some eye messiness, The Rescue House was asked if we could give him a chance for a home once his eyes were treated. Eli had apparently been having eye troubles for some time before he was taken in, because he had some skin adhesion to the eyes. Once that was moved out the way, drops and ointment cleared him up without need for extreme intervention. There is a little cloudy scarring in each eye that is likely due to it going untreated before. It does not bother him and he couldn’t care less!

Eli is SUPER sweet. All you have to do is glance his way and Eli will fire up his purr. He knows what he wants and what he wants is petting, love, snuggles, toys, pets, kisses, toys, a good game, some room to run around and be a high-spirited kitten, and did we mention the cuddles?

Eli is young and could likely adapt well to living with other cats and possibly cat-friendly dogs. If children are gentle, he would likely welcome them as well.

With a little luck that came his way at the right time, Eli has moved from a harsh life to a life of luxury. He likes that. What self-respecting kitten wouldn’t?? Now he’s on the prowl for the last ingredient... a family. HIS family. Will you bring this sweet guy home?

About THE RESCUE HOUSE

About Our Rescue Group...

The Rescue House is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to assisting cats through its rescue, foster and adoption activities. We find loving homes for unwanted, abandoned, homeless and abused cats. We open our arms to cats that need assistance, regardless of age and often regardless of handicap. We find good homes for every cat that we take in - we are a true no-kill cat rescue organization.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We at The Rescue House believe that we can contribute to the welfare of our furry friends by implementing an Adoption Program. Our Adoption Centers are located in retail pet stores whose philosophy agrees with The Rescue House's mission.
