Lexi's Story...
Hi, my name is Lexi and I am a very energetic and sweet Boxer/heeler mix that is about 3 years old. I am super sweet and loving and think I am a lap dog. I do well with other dogs and love to run and play. I would make a great running or hiking partner. I am very affectionate and would do great around older kids. I am incredibly sweet-natured; I have a lot of love to give. I would do well in a house or apartment as long as I get exercise. I will make a great compainion in a loving home! I am spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations, microchipped, and my adoption fee is $250, which comes with a 2-week trial period. If you would like to meet me please contact No Hound Unhomed at 719-244-2208 or come meet me at Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs Central.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi, a Colorado Springs Boxer/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Colorado Springs, or seeking a Boxer/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Colorado Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colorado Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colorado Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Boxer/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colorado Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
