Hawk's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hawk's Story...
Isn't Hawk too handsome!? He is about 1 year old, is neutered, and we believe him to be a lab/dane mix. He is such a good boy. Hawk loves to be around other dogs and does great with them! Hawk also is respectful of children! He is an energetic and playful boy so it would be best if children in the home were about 10 and older. Hawk is extremely intelligent and loves to learn! He already knows how to sit, shake, speak, lay down, stay, and turn left and right. He truly is a wonderful boy and one family will be so lucky to adopt him! He continuously brings smiles to everyone's faces. What a great dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hawk, a Michigan City Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane for sale in Michigan City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog from a breeder in Michigan City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Michigan City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Michigan City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Great Dane breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Michigan City paves the way for another one to be saved.
