Facts about Rizzo

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Meet Rizzo, a sweet, energetic 1 year old 51# lab mix. Rizzo has the typical lab puppy energy and would do best in a home with either older or no children because of his size and energy. Rizzo has a high prey drive, so it is best that his forever home doesn't have any cats or smaller animals for him to chase. His mix may have a herding breed which gives him the chase behavior. Rizzo rolls on his back loving to have his belly rubbed and also loves to cuddle. He knows basic commands such as sit and lay down, and would benefit having some further training to help him walk nicely on a leash. A fenced yard is preferred so he can run and play safely. An active regular walker/ runner would be great also. Rizzo would love to have his forever family to spend the holidays with! That's what he told Santa!
