Weight: 10 lbs.
Age: 8 to 10 years (senior)
Health: Came to us with a broken hip after being hit by a car. He is also diabetic and blind. He does require insulin injections twice daily.
Temperament: Sweet affectionate guy, very loving, cuddly. He gets around well for being blind. If he is taken outside often enough he is pretty well house trained. Jake just needs someone who can love on him. He doesn't require much, just someone to pick him up when they arrive at home to say hello and a warm lap to lay on from time to time. When he isn't sitting with me he lays around on dog beds all day. He's the absolute best little dog and anyone will be lucky to gain such a great companion!
Favorite Activities: Snuggling in bed.
Where did he come from: Stray found running the streets. He was hit by a car.
Ambitions: To find the perfect furrever home
