Tyke came to ACPAW in early 2016, a two-year-old stray living outdoors. A kind young woman had been feeding him, but when she had to move, she called us for help. Tyke lives in a foster home now, where he gets along with other cats and is happy living indoors. At first, he was very timid and easily spooked, and he hid in a box most of the day, but he has come a long way since then. As he gets more comfortable, he is slowly becoming a friendly, talkative, playful cat who spends more and more time with his people and loves to be petted and scratched. He’s a very handsome guy too! A food allergy requires Tyke to eat prescription non-allergenic canned and dry food and to occasionally take steroid pills, which he eats readily in his canned food. Let us know if you'd like to meet Tyke!
