My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet little terrier girl is approx 2 years old and 7 lbs. She is really very pretty. She would much prefer to be sitting on your lap than running around and playing with other dogs, although she is fine with them, particularly smaller dogs. She is a perfect little lap dog. She seems to be quite well leash and house trained and will do better in a quieter household with older children. She is going to be great companion for someone.

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Just as a note, if you are in Massachusetts and are adopting directly from Texas rather than from a local foster, there are new quarantine laws in effect. All rescues must be quarantined 48 hours at a state run facility, and in addition, a second interstate health certificate is required to be issued by a Massachusetts vet. This new law may add an additional cost.
