Noel is about a year old and weighs 12 pounds. A very sweet and shy Chihuahua Cavalier mix. She is closer to the size of a Chihuahua, with the beautiful markings of a Cavalier.

She was found as a stray by an animal shelter. Sadly her family did not come looking for her, so she is now with us, while she waits for her forever family to adopt her.

Noel is shy initially. Once she realizes that you are her friend, she is your shadow. She loves gentle people and quiet spaces. We have not had her around young children, but feel that dog experienced kids of at least teen age should be fine.

She does wonderful with other dogs, being very confident and secure while spending time with them.

Noel has the long legs to be able to go for walks and hiking. She is young and has a good medium energy level. If you prefer to just hang out around your house for rest and relaxation as well as do some gardening, she will be completely happy with that as well. End you day with couch time in front of the television, we imagine that she will be in your lap enjoying a good nap.

A sweet little dog deserving of a fabulous family to call her own.

About Cal State Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We have been helping homeless animals since 1997. We are contacted by animal shelters for help in placing dogs that have been missed by the public for a variety of reasons. Other rescue partners that we have close contacts with, also contact us for assistance in helping dogs that they may not have room for. Last, but certainly not least, some folks just get in a bind and simply can not keep their dog any longer, for any number of reasons. If we feel we can help, we will.

We have wonderful volunteers and always welcome new additions to our rescue family.
