Otis's Story...
Hi my name is Otis. I am 3 - 4 months old and somehow found myself at a rural animal control facility. The volunteers at Orphan Annie Rescue promise to help me find a forever home. I'm a tiny little guy and love other dogs. There are no cats in my foster home, but I think I would be fine with them too. Due to my diminutive size, I am looking for a home without children under 5.

If you are interested in adopting me, please submit an application online at www.orphanannierescue.org.

My adoption fee is $275 and includes my neuter, shots, microchipping, and deworming.

I am available for adoption within the metro Atlanta area only

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Otis, a Atlanta Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
