Meet ChiBella, a one to two year old, Chihuahua Pomeranian mix! ChiBella is incredibly affectionate and loves to dole out kisses and cuddles! She's also, and don't tell anyone, a Super Pup. Her powers? Super sonic tail wags, lightning speed, and treat tester. Yes, she knows that you cut that treat in half, and she's not angry, just surprised you thought you could get away with it. She's short to the ground like a Chihuahua, but has an amazingly soft red coat, like a Pomeranian! You may be wondering how a dog with super powers and such an affectionate personality wound up looking for a home. ChiBella was actually dumped at the local pound because her owners no longer had time for her. Luckily we found her before her time was up, and she's been waiting a long while to give all her love to a family that will love her just as much as she'll love them! She's crossing her paws she'll be adopted soon. We hope so too, we're running out of treats since we're not able to cut them in half without her noticing.

PLEASE NOTE: ChiBella is being fostered in Memphis, TN. Tennessee has a large number of dogs in need of homes, and adopts to Northeast furever homes! If you are interested in adopting ChiBella, her adoption donation covers transportation if needed, all vaccinations up to date, spay surgery, microchip, rabies vaccination and certificate, health certificate for travel, and of course, a lifetime of love and cuddles! About One Good Deed - CT Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

One Good Deed Tn, Inc was started in April, 2013 by the Naquin family, who had been very active with volunteer activities and animal advocacy for many years. Many shelters and even humane societies claim to be "no kill," but we learned that the “no kill” provisions often had loop holes to allow for regular euthanasias. After losing a healthy, treasured foster dog to euthanasia, despite attempts by several people to adopt her and rescue groups attempts to pull her, we made the decision to start our own organization and make a difference "one good deed" at a time. We needed to do something good to honor our foster dog and decided on that day to start our own organization that would truly be for the good of the animals. One Good Deed Tn, Inc. will not put any animal to sleep for any reason other than as a last resort, on the advice of a veterinarian, for those pets whose suffering can not be cured and who by not humanely euthanizing would prolong its suffering.

We pull animals from all shelters, accept strays, work with other rescues who are too full, and provide medical services and foster care for all breeds of dogs until they are adopted into loving homes that are just right for their needs! We are also proud to assist other non-profit organizations with fostering, transport, and financial assistance for emergencies for both groups and individuals as our resources allow. One Good Deed Tn, Inc. believes that we can make a difference one good deed at a time!
