Meet Moo! He is a mellow, social butterfly who acclimates to new surroundings with ease. He tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), a disease of cats, commonly transmitted through bites and is similar to human HIV/AIDS. There is no cure for FIV. Moo may have a full and healthy life, but his new owner is advised to consult with their veterinarian for further information. (We have included additional information on FIV in the Medical Record for this cat.) This cat should be an indoor only cat to reduce transmission to other cats.
Moo is playful and likes interactive games, but will also self-entertain with a toy. His favorite thing in the world (besides FOOD) is attention, but he can be independent, as well. He is generally quiet and not vocally demanding even when attetion seeking. His previous owner told us that he loves cuddling and sleeping with his human. He has never met dogs or kids, but is generally accepting of new people and experiences. Is there room in your bed for this big boy?
