** IN VERMONT ** Meet Layla! Here is her video: https://www.youtube.com/
Layla is approx. 4 years old, female, spayed, vetted, micro-chipped, and about 60 lbs. Layla is as sweet as they come and is an "old soul"; she is low-medium energy, she has done well with other dogs with proper introductions (not dominant or nippy dogs). Layla is not a barker; s he is quiet, super well behaved, and house trained plus does not require a crate at all. She has done well with cats. She loves to give hugs and snuggle very closely with you. Layla would love to be adopted by a dog savvy person who will keep her safe and in positions to succeed. She loves to hang out with you wherever you area, loves car rides, and LOVES the water! She is non destructive in the house when left alone. She truly is a loyal, loving, intelligent, and beautiful pup that has a story to tell if she could only talk...............
If you are interested in Adopting Layla please fill out an Application at www.Passion-4-Paws.org (please make sure you have the Vermont site) thanks!

Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
