Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This story will bring you to tears. One of our southern rescue partners was driving in a rural area with a van full of dogs she had just rescued. As she was driving she slowed as she approached a dog crossing the road. As the van passed, the dog started running after the van. The dog must have known the person driving was someone who would help. Even though the van was full with other dogs, our partner knew she couldn't leave this dog behind. Now known as "Snow White", this mama gave birth shortly after she got herself and her pups saved! Her 11 gorgeous pups were born on August 7th. They are 3 1/2 months old and weigh about 10 lbs each. Mom appears to be a Shepherd/Retriever mix (her hair is a little longer than a Lab and she has a longer face like a Shepherd). She and her pups are 100% adorable!

Please note, we do not have a physical facility where our dogs are housed, they are cared for in our network of wonderful foster homes throughout New England. If you find a dog you would like to meet, our expectation is that, once approved, you will travel to meet the dog in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
