Harley's Story...
This devastatingly handsome boy is 2 year old Harley and he is searching for his loving forever home. Harley is a bit hesitant around new people and he'll need someone who will be patient with him. He wants to get affection on his terms and he'll come up to you when he is wanting his cheeks rubbed. Harley is then a really sweet boy who will rub his head against you to claim you as his own. While he is affectionate, he doesn't really care for his tail touched or to be picked up so he needs a home with teenagers or adults only. He isn't overly fond of other cats but can potentially live with a mellow cat that won't challenge him. Harley would also prefer a home without dogs as he finds them to be overwhelming. If you are interested in this great big ball of fluff, please come to the front to fill out an adoption application so you can meet Harley today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Bellingham Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
