If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, you will get a speedier response if you send a request direct to the specified contact person/foster family associated with your chosen pet. Sorry, we do not ship our cats, provide any transportation, or do out of state adoptions.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application - either by email or by mail.
Call me a "couch-potato" but I am a GENTLE GIANT GENTLEMAN. No fussy craziness for me - just providing nearly maintenance-free, calm serene company to you! I am about a handsome young orange and white tabby and was rescued from a KILL shelter in Kingsville, TX. A nice woman drove me to San Antonio to save my life. I am very loving, playful and get along with my fosters other cats. I am up to date on my shots, neutered and microchipped. Although I have FIV, I can still live a long healthy life but would best be your only cat or another FIV roommate. If you would like to meet me please call my foster mom Lorraine at 210-471-8462 or her helper at 256-201-0338 (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Come by the Petco Adoption Center on San Pedro/I-410 to see how handsome I am.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
