My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lola is listed as a Hound mix, but we think she could possibly a Boxer mix or Belgian Shepherd mix? She weighs around 45 pounds and her approximate D.O.B. is 9/21/14. She had been at the Sampson County Shelter for almost six months and she was next in line for the bad stuff that happens to you when you are at the shelter for far too long. We pulled Lola out before it was too late for her. Although it is a very rural shelter we still do not understand why no one adopted her. She is the sweetest little girl ever and she has that cute, quirky "one ear up and one ear down" thing going on which makes her just too adorable for words!  Lola has been spayed, is up to date on shots, has been wormed, tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly prevention. She is SUPER friendly and sweet and she loves all people and most all dogs (no cats). She rode all the way from Sampson shelter with a German Shepherd in the back seat with her! She loves to go for walks although she does need a little leash training. Once her walk is over she wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Lola is house trained and crate trained and hardly barks at all so she would be fine in an apartment or condo, but will definitely need to go for long walks.
