RJ's Story...
Hello! My name is RJ and I was born Sept. 17, 2016. I was a pretty sick boy, all alone and shivering along the side of the road when I was rescued. I am healthy now and I am looking for my forever home. I love to play and cuddle. My foster mom says I am quite the purring machine. I am patiently waiting but would love to find my new home soon.

I am up to date on vaccines and will come with a neuter voucher for 6 months.

Adoption fee $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RJ, a Woodstock Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Woodstock, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Woodstock.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodstock already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodstock breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodstock paves the way for another one to be saved.
