From the Foster: This is Miss Rainbow. Rainbow recently came to rescue from a hoarding situation in where she didn't get the care she deserved. Since coming to rescue she has been nothing but, the sweetest girl ever. Rainbow wasn't taught puppy manners so we are working on learning to eat dog food, go potty on puppy pads and to trust people. Rainbow is my shadow she loves to snuggle and be with her person. She is a little weary of others at first but, instantly connects with someone she feels she can trust. Rainbow is doing well on puppy pad training and does OK with being outside. Although she is more worried about what you are doing to bother pottying while outside. Rainbow would do best with other small animals or being the only spolied girl. She does OK with kitties unless they try to get on her bed when she's sleeping. Then she just does a bit of barking but, no biting. Rainbow barks for the first few minutes in her crate but then does just fine. She loves a little treat to work on the keep her company during the day. The best home for Rainbow would be calm, have no small children and no high energy other animals. Rainbow is so worth all the quirks she has and is learning fast. If you want a best friend Rainbow is your girl!
All dogs are in individual foster homes throughout the Twin Cities.
