About Clermont to the Rescue Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

Clermont to the Rescue Humane Society, originally founded in 2013, is a non profit, open admissions shelter, advocating for stray, abandoned and surrendered animals in Clermont County by providing care and temporary refuge. Our Animal Control Officers are devoted to protecting and ensuring the humane treatment of the animals in our community. We believe, “If everyone does a little, it becomes a lot”.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Most of our adoptable animals are available at our shelter, 4025 Filager Road, Batavia, Ohio 45103. A few of our adoptable pets are in foster homes and arrangements for a meet and greet can be easily set up. Our hours of operation are Mon/Tues 11:30-4, Wed 11:30-6, Thurs CLOSED, Fri 11:30-6, Sat 10-5, Sun 12-5. Call the shelter at 732-8854 for more details or email us at adopt@clermonttotherescue.org. Support our shelter and save a life by adopting!

We also offer walk-in microchipping for your pet for $25/pet. On Mondays, the fee is reduced to $20/pet.
