Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stevie Wonder, just over a year old and partially blind, came to our rescue from the city shelter. He had been brought in as a stray after wandering the streets for weeks scrounging for food. Volunteers fell in love with him at the city pound and when we met him, we couldn't resist his sweet face and great zest for life!
Stevie is a sweet and fun dog, who will never stop showing his family love! He continually teaches us that even though he may be partially blind, all things are possible! Stevie enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home and hanging out in the backyard. Stevie gets an eye drop once a day just to keep his eyes in tip-top shape. He will likely need some sort of maintenance on his eye for life but he's been such a champ about his medicine that we know that won't hinder his ability to lead a normal, happy, and most importantly, healthy life!!
Interested in Stevie? Please fill out an application at www.playersforpits.com.
***Blank inquiries will not be replied to as we are a small organization and our volunteers time is limited. If you are serious about adopting a specific dog, please visit www.playersforpits.com to complete an adoption application. Once an application is completed, a representative will contact you to set up a time to meet the dog you have applied for. Thank you for your understanding!***
