Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daryl came to us at the end of October while he was on his death bed - he was emaciated and had issues walking due to poor health. Despite the euthanasia recommendations from two separate vets, we believed in him. We took him to a third vet who pumped him full of antibiotics, pain killers, and vitamins. Three days later, this dog that couldn't hold up his own head was walking on his own. Amazingly, Daryl never looked back and has thrived ever since!
Daryl is extremely dog and cat friendly but is still working on his manners as far as how to interact appropriately (he gets super excited and happy). However, he's nearly perfect with people! He loves going to local hardware stores and just wiggles when employees and customers greet him! He is crate-trained and potty-trained so he's very easy to have around.
Think Daryl could be the best fit for you? Please fill out an application at www.playersforpits.com.
***Blank inquiries will not be replied to as we are a small organization and our volunteers time is limited. If you are serious about adopting a specific dog, please visit www.playersforpits.com to complete an adoption application. Once an application is completed, a representative will contact you to set up a time to meet the dog you have applied for. Thank you for your understanding!***
