Facts about Kitty

  • Breed: Domestic Longhair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10833493-Kitty
  • Hair: Long
Born July 2015

Kitty was found as a stray living in a local mobile home park. When brought in to AC PAW, it was discovered that she was pregnant. Her kittens were born in Kitty's foster home. Kitty took good care of her kittens, and is now ready to go to her forever home. Because she was a stray, we do not know her past history. She is still a little unsure around some people. She does love attention, but doesn't like to be held right now. We think with time and love, that will change. It is best to let her come to you until she learns to trust you. Her foster mom says she is a very sweet kitty once she feels safe. We are not sure how Kitty will be with dogs, but she should be fine with other cats if introduced slowly.

If you are interested in adopting this AC PAW pet or would like to set up a meet-and-greet please fill out our pre-adoption questionnaire at acpaw.org.

About AC PAW

About Our Rescue Group...

AC PAW started as a vision of two people, Brian Manley and June McGrath, to ensure a safe haven for animals from abuse, hunger, disease and death. AC PAW was founded to give the animals in the five-county Grand Traverse Area of Northern Michigan a second chance at life.

We are officially in our 20th year of volunteer service and work with a handful of dedicated volunteers and a small number of donors. AC PAW began on July 1, 1995 and was officially incorporated on Jan 16, 1996. During this time we have rescued and placed nearly 10,000 dogs and cats into loving homes.

We are always looking for animal lovers willing to put some time and effort into volunteering or becoming a foster home. Any kind of donations (financial support or pet supplies) are greatly appreciated.
