My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Forrest. I'm a 1-year-old neutered male Cattle Dog mix. I weigh around 40 pounds.

I'm a sweet, playful, happy puppy with a zest for life! I'm eager for adventure! I'm always ready for a belly rub and I love meeting new friend. I get along swimmingly with other dogs and I love people, too.

Not much is known about my past because I first came into a local high kill shelter as a stray. I was found wandering the streets all by myself. I was at the shelter for a week, but my owners never came looking for me. Luckily, CageFree came to my rescue and chose me to join their pack!

Now I'm waiting patiently for my perfect forever home to come along. I'm looking for a family that likes to play and cuddle. Since I am still a puppy, I would really benefit from training, too. Most importantly, I want a family that will show me the unconditional love I've always deserved!
