My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Theo is an approximately 1 year old white male with natural ears who is both deaf and blind, though we believe he sees some shadows, who came to rescue after being abandoned at a kennel. Theo is a sweetheart that loves to play and he loves toys! We are currently working on basic commands and leash training, he is a very intelligent pup that picks up quickly. He does not mind his crate and willingly will go in when prompted. Theo sleeps quietly thru the night either in the bedroom with the other dogs, or in his crate. He will wake you up to let you know if needs to go out. He loves to play outside in the yard either by himself or with the other dogs in the family. Theo will make a wonderful addition to a family, he is good with small children, all size dogs and cats. Theo’s lack of ability to see and hear really does not hinder him as he is out going and cautious, but not fearful. Theo is a puppy and has all the puppy antics and energy associated with his age.

Traditional fencing will be a requirement for adopting Theo due to his being blind and deaf. MAGDRL adopts to eastern NY, eastern PA, NJ, PA, DE, WV, DC, MD and VA only. Please visit our website (www.magdrl.org) for adoption procedures and fencing policies.
