My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey y’all!!! I’m Tessa and I am from Tennessee. I came in to the shelter as a stray and no one came to look for me. BUT, now I am with a foster mom and we get along great! She has other dogs and they are great (she has a bunch of them and my math is not great but I think there are 4 – but others come visit so I get confused). I like them all and they don’t seem to mind me too much. I get excited because, well, I am a puppy and they get grumpy but I just walk away.
I am about 12 weeks old (again that math stuff throws me). I am working on something that my foster mom calls “peepee poop”. I don’t know what it is but she takes me outside and says “peepee poop” and I roam around until I feel better and she says “GOOD GIRL” and we go back inside. She’s kind of weird.
I sleep with my foster mom and my foster dad. I really like to sleep. I go to bed with my foster mom and then my foster dad wakes me up around 5:00 when he gets up for some place called “work” and he does the whole “peepee poop” scenario and I get back in bed.
I enjoy toys. I really love bones!!! Bones are the bomb! I try to grab a sock every now and then but they get taken away.
I’m a really good girl. I LOVE being loved and I love being near people or in a lap. I don’t know what “breed” I am. The vet says a mixed up one so I’ll go with that. Right now I weigh about 6 pounds now (I look bigger in pictures!). I don’t plan on getting too big because I want to always be a good lap sitting size.
Tessa has been Spayed and she is up to date on all of her vaccinations. She is heartworm negative and currently on a heart worm and flea preventative.
