Petunia - Adopted January 2017's Story...
Adopted - January 2017

Meet Petunia!

This black DMH is the third of the flower sisters. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Petunia is 1yrs old (born approx. Jan 2016)

This petite little cutie has the sweetest little meow that is usually heard at meal time. She loves to play with the red dot, and gets along with the other cats and dog in her foster home. Petunia was a little shy at first but once she decides you are OK, is a constant companion. She especially loves the smallest human (10 years old) at her foster home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Petunia - Adopted January 2017, a Huntsville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
