Clark's Story...
Hi I'm Clark! I'm a 2 year old Norwich mix. I was rescued by this pawsome rescue called WagNTrain and I'm loving this new life they gave me. My foster parents keep telling me a I'm a sweet boy and that I'm safe now. I'm starting to trust them and my terrier personality is coming out. I really love to play this game called hide the socks, it's so fun to watch the humans try to find them. I'm working on being potty trained and it's going good. I do have a foster brother and sister,I like them but I really like the attention of my foster parents. They give the best belly rubs and they always make sure they get to my ears too. Please help me find my furever home for Christmas but make sure I have a resident dog to keep me company! Adoption donation for Clark is $400 which goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts only to people living in states neighboring Nebraska and requires the adopter to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not transport or fly our rescue dogs. A securely fenced yard is necessary to adopt one of our terriers. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment for terriers.Adoption applications can be found at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clark, a Omaha Norwich Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwich Terrier for sale in Omaha, or seeking a Norwich Terrier dog from a breeder in Omaha.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Omaha already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Omaha breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwich Terrier breeders who help with Norwich Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Omaha paves the way for another one to be saved.
