My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This darling senior Basset Hound lady is Ducky! Ducky came to us from a rural animal control. One look at that face and we were in love. Ducky is so sweet and goofy, she has us laughing all the time. She is around ten years old, and she does sleep a lot; but she loves to cuddle with anybody who will let her. Ducky likes to peruse the dog beds around the classroom to find a dog who will cuddle with her, she had no cuddling bubble though and the dogs usually get up and leave her in bed alone when she gets too close. Ducky would love a house with a dog or people to cuddle with!
Between Ducky's age and her knobby, basset hound legs she walks with an odd gait. It doesn't stop her from running around in the yard though!
Ducky truly is a special senior lady, who deserves a special senior home! Her adoption fee is the usual $175, as we've had to fully vet her and she will be having a dental done. Ducky would fit in great with any family, she loves all people, children, and animals. She's just a truly great and all around lovable gal in search of the perfect home to retire to :)
