Facts about Rascal

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black & White Or Tuxedo
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Rascal showed up hungry in a lady's backyard in late September. He ran whenever he saw her but would come back and eat the food she put out. Eventually she trapped him and took him to the vet to be tested, vaccinated and fixed. At the foster home. he crawled up into her arms on the third night. She says he likes to have his ears scratched and is very talkative.

Whoever adopts him should expect him to hide for a while until he gets used to his new home, but we believe he will turn out to be a real love bug. He's still frightened by loud noises and quick movements, so probably no small children.

You can meet him at the Petsense on Interstate 30 and Eastchase Pkwy. If you are interested in adopting me, please call 817-886-7300 and leave a message. One of the volunteers will call you back to set up an appointment.

Adoption fee is $105 and includes spay/neuter, testing, worming, vaccinations including Rabies, and microchip implant and registration.

Adopters also receive 30 days of pre-paid health insurance from ShelterCare Pet Insurance. (A valid email address is required to receive the gift policy.)
