Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Leeloo is a 4-month-old female Lab x Shepherd mix who is looking for her forever home. She came into rescue care with her brother Korben. These two tiny siblings (DOB approx late July 2016) were found alone on the side of the road in a Northern community. They were barely old enough to he away from their mom and were starving. A kind passerby picked them up and brought them to the vet clinic. They were skin and bones, covered in lice, and also had mange. They ended up losing the majority of their hair and were terribly itchy. They spent 6 weeks undergoing treatment for mange and received their last treatment on October 10th. We believe they are Lab/Shepherd mixes and will be large once fully grown. They are very sweet and friendly puppies who always greet their foster parents with a wagging tail. They are excellently socialized with other dogs as well as cats, and are now fostered with children. They have been good sleeping through the night together in the spare bedroom. They are working on house training, and love to play play play!
Leeloo's adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, current vaccinations, current de-wormings, microchip, a leash, collar, and some food. Adoption forms can be found at www.cleoskarmacaninerescue.com and are required to be submitted prior to meeting the dogs.
Leeloo is fostered in Medicine Hat and will be available for adoption after December 12th, 2016.
