Facts about Gunny
Breed: Pit Bull Terrier Mix
I am already neutered.
HOW DID I COME INTO HHHS? Woof! Hi friends, my name is Gunny and I am a 4 year old Pit Bull here at the shelter. I am one of many dogs looking to find my new furr-ever family. Some really nice people from Animal Control brought me to Helping Hands on 10/3/16. The adoption counselors don't know much about me but here is what I can tell you. HEIGHT: 22" at the shoulder WEIGHT: 57 lbs. HOW MUCH EXERCISE DO I NEED? I need a family who will exercise me daily. Running in the backyard or going on a walk will do. DO I KNOW ANY TRICKS? I'm not sure if I know any tricks, but I am willing to learn. AM I A GOOD INSIDE DOG? With some time to adjust, I think I would make a great inside dog. I would love to spend as much time as possible with you. Just take me outside to go potty and don't be afraid to crate me when you aren't home! DO I LIKE CATS? I haven't socialized with any felines in my time being here. If you have a furry friend for me at home, please ask the adoption counselors about doing a dog test with me. DO I LIKE CHILDREN? I'm sure kids would make the best play mates! However, I do suggest bringing in the whole family to meet with me just to make sure. DO I LIKE OTHER DOGS? I can get super excited when I see other dogs but I can be a little overwhelming. If you have a friend for me at home, please talk to the adoption counselors about bringing them in to meet with me. Thank you for reading about me. I am a sweet guy who is ready to find my furr-ever home. Come in and meet with me to see if we are the perfect match! I'll see you soon. Love, Gunny.
