Storm's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Storm's Story...
Storm is 5 months old and got his name because as a little kitten he fell into a storm drain and was stuck there for 3 days! People kept trying to save him, but he hid. Finally he got cold and hungry and let us save him. He did not like people very much, but has warmed up and actually thinks scratches and kisses are pretty cool. He loves other cats too! He needs a little patience and love to help him come around fully. He is a little skittish at first, but patience quickly wins his heart! Probably best in a house that is not too noisy or active. He is a chilled out little love bug.

Storm is fully vetted - neutered, microchipped, tested, dewormed, 30 day flea treatment and vaccinated. If you are interested in meeting Storm, please visit www.maricats.com and fill out the adoption application. There is no charge to apply. Once you have filled it out someone will get in touch with you right away to arrange a time to meet him and hopefully make him part of your forever family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Storm, a Fort Worth Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
