HL’s Mattie - 3 year old brindle female Mattie is a terrific girl who enjoys being a homebody. A quiet home where she can live out her life would be just terrific. She gets along with other dogs. If you are interested in meeting Mattie just let us know and we can arrange it.
Pocono Greyhound Adoption is a 501C3 all volunteer greyhound adoption group whose mission is to provide education to the public about retired racing greyhounds, their desirability as pets, the availability of these dogs for adoption, raise funds for this and the purpose of providing for the welfare of retired racing greyhounds by assisting in their placement in suitable homes and giving ongoing support to the greyhound and its new family.

Our Adoption Process...
Our application can be obtained on our website. Fill it out and mail it along with a $100.00 deposit. The adoption fee is $265. The $100.00 will be returned in the event the adoption does not work out. We will check references and do a home visit. Visit our website for additional information on the adoption process and what is included.
