The Helotes Humane Society is a non profit organization dedicated to placing unwanted animals in loving homes. Remember, don't shop, adopt!

Brady is a wonderful dog for adults! He will need an active adopter with a house with a yard without cats, dogs and children! No apartments!  He is strong and very energetic and would do great with someone who will take him for lots of walks, runs, or other outdoor excursions. He is very loving and will snuggle and give kisses. He has been an indoor dog and is house trained and crate trained. When left home alone, he has no problem staying in his crate with his pillow, toy, and bone. Brady has shown food and toy aggression with children and other dogs, so he needs a home without children and where he can be the only animal. He has not shown aggression toward the adults in his life. He loves to have balls or sticks thrown for him, loves to lay in the sun, and is very gentle when taking treats from your hand.

All of our animals receive vaccinations, testing and altering appropriate for their age. All pets will be microchipped prior to placement. The pet overpopulation problem has reached a crisis stage. We will use all of our resources to spay and neuter all pets in our care.
