Vivor's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.

Vivor's Story...
This is Vivor, a remarkable 6-month old kitten. He is one of our special needs kitten because he was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. Vivor was blind for the first five months of his life, but now has recovered most of his vision. He still has balance issues from his head injury but this doesn't affect the quality of his life.

Vivor has the sweetest face and most trusting eyes; a few minutes with him and your heart will melt. He is fully vetted and ready for a home of his own.

Please call Robin at 352-339-3352 if you would like to foster or adopt this sweet kitten.

You can e-mail us at for an adoption application or call our adoption coordinator, Robin, at 352-339-3352 for more information about our adoption process and our adoptable animals.

We have many cats and kittens available for adoption throughout the year. Our kittens are in foster homes during the week where they receive the love and attention they need to grow and thrive.

All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive any other necessary treatment while in our program such as treatment for ear mites, respiratory infections, etc. Our adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vivor, a Putnam Hall Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Putnam Hall, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Putnam Hall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Putnam Hall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Putnam Hall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Putnam Hall paves the way for another one to be saved.
